John R. AlcornJohn R. Alcorn is officially certified as a Specialist Attorney in United States Immigration and Nationality Law by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. He has specialized in the practice of immigration law since 1980, and has served as a Commissioner on the Immigration and Nationality Law Advisory Commission of the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and of the Orange County Bar Association Immigration Law Section, in which he previously served as Chairperson.
Mr. Alcorn is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, before all offices of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in all 50 states, all Courts of the State of California and the District of Columbia, United States District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stanford University in 1970 and a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1973. He served as a Captain and Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps from 1974 to 1977. He speaks German and English, and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

Angie N. SigalaAngelica N. Sigala received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish Literature from the University of California at Berkeley in 1999. She is of Mexican heritage and speaks Spanish and English. Angie received a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 2006, and she has worked for the Law Offices of John R. Alcorn since March 2001.
She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the Central Court of California.

Ann L. KelleherAnn L. Kelleher graduated Magna Cum Laude from Whittier Law School in May 2006 and was admitted to practice law in California on December 5, 2006. While at Whittier, Ms. Kelleher received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade for each course in Immigration and Naturalization Law, Evidence and Corporations. Ms. Kelleher was also on the Dean’s List and Honor Roll for every year of her attendance at the law school.
Ms. Kelleher attended California State University, Long Beach where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2000. Ms. Kelleher has been with the Law Offices of John R. Alcorn since 2000 when she began working as a paralegal and continued while she attended law school.
Ms. Kelleher has also been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Sophie Alcorn is admitted to practice law before all offices of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, all Courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Ninth Circuits.
She graduated cum laude from Washington University School of Law in 2008, where she received the Equal Justice Works Award and the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Graduate Award, and she served as a Primary Editor for the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University in International Relations in 2005.
She is the Vice Chairperson of the Orange County Bar Association Immigration Law Section and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
